Policies

  • A $50 deposit fee is required as a consultation. This fee will be credited toward your service when your appointment is reserved within 7 days of your consultation. All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Provide at least a 24–48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Arrive with a clean face and trimmed brows free of makeup and inform me of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Payment is accepted in cash only.

FAQs

  • Booking is a seamless process through our booking tab. Consultations are required for every appointment.

  • There is a 5 minute grace period after every scheduled appointment. After 5 minutes a $25 late fee will be applied. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled.

  • Lavie uses 100% M.A.C. products. Bringing your own makeup is not required but is allowed and may help achieve certain looks.

  • To maintain a comfortable and elevated experience for all clients, extra guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. Please contact us beforehand for special requests.
